Annual Fall Gala & Community Service Awards

Please join us for an evening of dining and dancing in honor of two of Lowell’s most prominent philanthropists Carol and George Duncan.  This year’s event will take place at the Vesper Country Club in Tyngsboro, MA.  Invitations will be mailed.  Call 978-441-0400 x246 or email mtescionefagan@athm.org for ticket information and sponsorship opportunities. 

Quilter’s Quest

December 4, 5, & 6    10-5 PM daily
The ATHM is one of 8 stops on this quilt quest aimed at solving quilt-related puzzles, winning prizes, and having fun. The ATHM, along with the NE Quilt Museum and 6 locally scattered quilt shops, have set up a trail coursing through the sites to solve the quilt square related questions. Our display will be set up in our lobby with staff contact information should the Museum still be closed. Registration is $3 [purchased from any site] to receive your instructions and bag of sustenance for the trek. Each site will draw for Daily Door Prizes, and some lucky participant will win a Grand Prize of items contributed by all 8 sponsor sites. The ATHM prizes will come from our stash of reproduction Cocheco fabrics no longer available elsewhere. In addition, a winning sampler quilt made from all of the puzzle quilt squares will be displayed in the ATHM’s Learning Center as part of an educational quilt display next summer. Get your sewing fingers ready…….
