In this 5 day program experience a century a day! Take a fascinating journey from the Native American’s of the 17th Century to the Modern Day 21st Century, as you visit our core exhibit in the Museum. Participate in relevant fiber arts, such as hand sewing, crocheting, weaving, felting, and braiding. In addition, you will learn how to use a sewing machine, make your own no-bake snack and play games that were popular during the different time periods we learn about. Boys & Girls suggested ages 8-11 years.

Did you ever want a skirt for yourself and your favorite fashion doll (American Girl, Barbie or other)? In this workshop you can design and sew matching skirts for yourself and your favorite doll, attend a fashion show luncheon (you bring lunch, we provide atmosphere) and enjoy a guided tour thru the museum. Suggested for ages 8-11.

Use fabric to add bright eyes, cute nose, and happy mouth to a 12’X16’ pillow form to create a Pillow Face Buddy to love or to give to someone special. Learn to use cut outs, appliques, and different sewing techniques to complete this pillow. Suggested for ages 6-11.
